  • What is DORS?

    The Desk Officer Reporting System is a controlled-access, online citizen reporting system. Anyone can report an incident from any Internet-enabled PC or mobile device through this web-based online reporting system.

  • How does it work?

    Community members can file reports, crime tips, and other incidents 24/7 through our secure online reporting system, which is available in both English and Spanish. Once you submit a report, our officers can easily review it and route officers appropriately within minutes.

  • What incident types can you report?

    There are several different incident types that can be entered using the internet.

    This includes:
    · Criminal Mischief (public or private property)
    · Criminal Mischief to Vehicle
    · Forgery
    · Fraud
    · Harassment by Communication
    · Hit and Run Motor Vehicle Crash
    · Identity Theft

  • How do I file the report?

    The system provides definitions and examples of each incident type to help you select the right incident type for your case. Once you select an incident type, hit continue at the bottom of the page. Follow the prompts from there to complete your report.
